A Great Return on Your Investment, Guaranteed!

Incorporate this simple procedure into your daily routine and you will get a great return on your investment. It will cost you nothing but a little time and energy and will be well worth it. Tony Robbins incorporates this into what he calls his hour of power. But you do not have to spend an hour, you can start with 10 - 15 minutes.

I perform this process while on the elliptical and it is very good to do while you work out or when you're running or on a walk. There are three simple components, Gratitude, Visualization and Affirmations.

So to start this process, spend the first few minutes being grateful. You need all your thoughts and focus on what you are thankful for, go thru each family member and or loved ones, and just repeat to yourself I'm so grateful for (think of that person) and really get into the good feeling it brings, try smiling while you think about it, just keep bringing up things you are thankful for and it doesn't have to be big things it can be anything that makes you happy and that you are grateful for. I go thru my family & friends, my health, my house, vehicles, my opportunities, my mind, body and spirit. It's good to do this for at least 5 min but if you run out of things in a couple of minutes, that is fine to start out with. You can transition into being thankful for things to come, projects you're working on, relationships that haven't formed yet, material items you desire and things you want to accomplish in the future. The key is to just be grateful as if they have arrived and get into the feeling it brings you.

That will transition you into the next phase of visualization. At this point ask your self questions like; What do I want? What do I want to accomplish? What do I want to become? Than see yourself already there as if you already accomplished it and how it makes you feel. It can be both short and long term goals and aspirations. I picture the body I want to attain by working out, the money I want to make, the places I want to visit. You really want to get into the feeling that it is happening and see it in your mind with great detail. The more real you can make it in your mind the better, the more positive feelings you have around it the better. This isn't really the best time to work out details, it is best to see the end result. Do not focus on obstacles, challenges or reasons why you can't have it. Just focus all your attention on what it is you want and really get into the feeling of it is possible and it is happening now in your mind. Create as much details in your thoughts of how it looks, feels, sounds, smells and tastes, use as many of your senses as possible. Try to keep this up for at least 5 minutes.

The final phase is using affirmations. All you need to do is repeat to yourself empowering phrases. There are many to choose from and again you want to get into the feeling of it. I like using some from The Master Key System; "I can be what I will to be" and then I add, "I am what I will to be." I also use "I am whole, strong, powerful, loving harmonious, and happy." When you use the affirmations picture in your mind how the statement applies to you. You can use "Nature/God is for me" and "Nature/God wants me to grow." Tony Robbins suggests "Every day and every way I'm getting better and better" you can also throw in I'm getting stronger and stronger; wiser and wiser or whatever empowers you.

If you can't exercises for some reason than go thru this process when you first wake up or before you go to bed at night, you can do this while you are in the shower. The key is to apply these 3 simple techniques on a regular basis and you will definitely benefit from it! If you want an audio sample of this, you must become a member and request it.
